Dual Filtration Unit The double core filter shell is made of high-quality materials, and the filter element is made of molded filter material (folded micro-porous membrane, polypropylene fiber melt-blown or wire-wound honeycomb). Under the action of pressure, the original liquid passes through the filter material, the filter residue remains on the filter material, and the filtrate flows out through the filter material, which can effectively remove impurities, sediments, suspended matter, and bacteria in the water, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration. The molded filter materials are: filter cloth, filter screen, filter membrane, filter disc, sintered filter tube, wire-wound filter element, melt-blown filter element, micro-porous filter element and multifunctional filter element. Due to different filter materials, the filter aperture is also different. The filter aperture is generally in the range of 0.01-120um. The same form of filter material is divided into different specifications according to the external dimensions.
Filter principle characteristics As the filtrate filtration cycle increases, the filter element will be contaminated by the intercepted material, and its running resistance will increase accordingly. When the inlet and outlet water pressure difference of the equipment is increased by 0.15Mpa compared with the initial pressure difference, the filter element should be replaced in time.
